These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of "Kizamu" (the "Service"), a life-logging and time-tracking app provided by GOIT Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
- Using the Service requires an account via email, Google, or Apple sign-in.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account and credentials.
2. Subscriptions (Kizamu Pro)
- Some features are offered as a paid subscription, "Kizamu Pro," available as monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions (no free trial).
- Prices follow those shown on the App Store and are charged to your Apple ID at purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically and you are charged at renewal unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel in your device's App Store account settings.
- Refunds are governed by Apple (App Store) policies.
3. Third-party integrations
You may optionally enable Notion and Google Sheets integrations. When enabled, your records are sent to those services at your direction. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms.
3-2. AI feature (AI Partner)
- As part of Kizamu Pro, the Service offers an "AI Partner" powered by generative AI. You may use it after giving consent in the app on first use.
- To generate responses, your messages and the relevant in-app data used as context are sent to an external AI service (currently Google's Gemini API; the provider may change in the future).
- Responses may contain errors and are not professional medical, legal, tax, or investment advice. Decisions based on responses are your own responsibility. See the AI Feature Disclaimer and AI, Data & Your Rights.
- You must not use the Feature to harm others, for unlawful acts, or for purposes contrary to the Service. The Feature is subject to a monthly usage limit.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Violating laws or public order and morals
- Interfering with the Service, unauthorized access, or reverse engineering
- Infringing the rights of others
- Misusing the Service for purposes other than intended
5. Intellectual property
Intellectual property rights in the Service belong to us or rightful owners. Rights to data you create in the Service belong to you.
6. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness, completeness, or accuracy.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by outages or changes in external services (Notion / Google / Apple, etc.).
7. Changes
We may revise these Terms as needed. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with exclusive jurisdiction in the court having jurisdiction over our location for the first instance.
9. Contact
The official version of this document is the Japanese version. In case of any discrepancy between this translation and the Japanese version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
