GOIT Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") sets out below how it handles user information in "Kizamu" (the "Service"), a life-logging and time-tracking app.

1. Information we collect

Account	Email address, sign-in information via Google or Apple, user identifier (UID)
Content you create	Time entries, categories, satisfaction ratings, memos, life-design content (visions, goals, treasured words), ideal time allocation
AI feature data (Kizamu Pro)	Conversation messages with the AI Partner, AI memory (summary of conversation highlights), and monthly usage count. See AI, Data & Your Rights.
Integrations (optional)	Notion access token when connected; target spreadsheet info when Google Sheets is connected
Purchases	Subscription purchase and renewal status (we do not collect card or payment details)
Device / usage	Settings needed to run the app (language, theme, time zone, notification preferences)

2. How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
To authenticate users and store/sync their data
To generate and provide responses through the AI feature (AI Partner)
To integrate with external services you choose (Notion / Google Sheets)
To provide and manage the Kizamu Pro subscription
To send notifications (reminders you set)
To respond to inquiries, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms

3. Third-party services

Google Firebase (Authentication / Cloud Firestore)	Authentication and data storage (region: Tokyo, asia-northeast1)
Google Gemini API (only if you use the AI feature; current provider)	Generating AI Partner responses. Data sent is not used for model training. The AI service provider may change or be added to in the future (details).

Apple (App Store)	In-app purchase processing
Notion (only if you connect it)	Writing your records to your Notion
Google Sheets (only if you connect it)	Writing your records to your spreadsheet

4. Sharing

We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. If you enable Notion / Google Sheets integration, your data is sent to those services at your own direction.

5. Retention and deletion

Your data is retained for as long as needed to provide the Service.
You can delete your account in the app; data we hold (including AI conversations and AI memory) is then deleted.
AI memory and AI conversations can also be viewed, edited, or deleted individually in "Settings › AI Partner › Memory management".
Data exported to external services (Notion / Google Sheets) must be deleted by you within those services.

5-2. AI feature and your rights

For details on how AI feature (AI Partner) data is handled, its exclusion from model training, in-app data controls, and your rights under laws such as the GDPR, see "AI, Data & Your Rights" and the "AI Feature Disclaimer".

6. Security

We take reasonable measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect information from loss, leakage, or damage.

7. Children

The Service is not directed primarily at children under 13. Children under 13 should use it only with parental consent.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as needed. Material changes will be announced in the Service or on this page.
